14. For those patient who unable to visit clinic we offer telemedicine consultation.

A. Telemedicine patient are required to first submit basic data on our standard case history form. hair in such cases are need to be sent by post/courier. form can be uploaded from this website.

B. After receiving the case history form if we are satisfed with the data submitted we can start the treatment with initial consultation.

FOLLOW UP TRATMENT PROTOCOL

1. Patient may keep asking and submiting with all the progress and developent during entire course oftreatment. they free to send information through watsup/telegram messageor email.

2. All such reporting or questioning are appropriately replie by our expert.

3. Usually we rquire everry patient to keep informing about the progress on at least on forghtnightly basis.

4. While reporting try to explain the problems in details instead of saying there is no changes or much better.

5. A standard progress report form will be proided as soon we start the treatment.
